Remote Support
We offer secure remote support so we can safely view your screen and help resolve issues — without needing an in-home visit.
For most Windows computers, we use Quick Assist — a Microsoft tool that is built into Windows and does not require installation. If needed, we may also use Splashtop as a professional backup option.
